Travel Cancellation Policy

• Travel cancellation information must be given via WhatsApp or Email.
• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the date of cancellation.
• 30 days prior: 10% cancellation charges
• 15–29 days prior: 25% cancellation charges
• 7–14 days prior: 50% cancellation charges
• Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charges (No refund)
• No refund on flight, train, hotel, and special bookings.
• No refund in case of No Show or if the trip is left midway.
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• The company will not be responsible for natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations.
